Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Wheat flour
• 1 bunch – methi, finely chopped
• 1/4 cup – Cilantro leaves, finely chopped
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 2 pinches – Asafoetida
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• salt to taste
• oil – for deep frying

Method:

  1. Mix the wheat flour with all the ingredients.
  2. Add water to make a soft dough and keep it aside to prove for 15 mins.
  3. Make puris from the dough.
  4. Deep fry till light brown.
  5. Serve hot spicy puris with coconut chutney.
