Ingredients:
• 1 kg – chicken, cut into pieces
• 3 tbsp – Kashmiri chilli powder
• 2 pinches – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1- Lime (make juice from this)
• 2 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 2 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 tbsp – Curd
• 1-2 – eggs, beaten
• bread crumbs – as required
• salt to taste
• oil – as required
• a few Mint and Coriander leaves (chopped finely) for garnishing
Method:
- Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients, except the eggs, bread crumbs and leaves for garnishing. Leave overnight or for an hour at least.
- Steam the chicken until cooked.
- Heat oil in a kadhai.
- Dip the chicken pieces in the beaten eggs, roll on the bread crumbs and deep fry.
- Garnish with mint and coriander leaves. Serve hot.
