Ingredients:

• 1 kg – chicken, cut into pieces
• 3 tbsp – Kashmiri chilli powder
• 2 pinches – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1- Lime (make juice from this)
• 2 tbsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 2 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 tbsp – Curd
• 1-2 – eggs, beaten
• bread crumbs – as required
• salt to taste
• oil – as required
• a few Mint and Coriander leaves (chopped finely) for garnishing

Method:

  1. Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients, except the eggs, bread crumbs and leaves for garnishing. Leave overnight or for an hour at least.
  2. Steam the chicken until cooked.
  3. Heat oil in a kadhai.
  4. Dip the chicken pieces in the beaten eggs, roll on the bread crumbs and deep fry.
  5. Garnish with mint and coriander leaves. Serve hot.
