Ingredients:
• Potatoes- 2
• brinjal(egg plant)- 1
• green chillies- 3
• tomatoes- 2
• Coriander leaves
• whole jeera- 2 tbsp
• Garam Masala powder- 1 tbsp
• salt- 1/2 tbsp
• haldi- a pinch
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan. Fry jeera.
- Add green chillies, tomatoes, salt, and haldi.
- Deep fry potatoes and brinjal.
- Add potatoes and brinjal to the fried masala.
- Add garam masala powder.
- Cook till the water dries out.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
