Ingredients:

• Potatoes- 2
• brinjal(egg plant)- 1
• green chillies- 3
• tomatoes- 2
• Coriander leaves
• whole jeera- 2 tbsp
• Garam Masala powder- 1 tbsp
• salt- 1/2 tbsp
• haldi- a pinch

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Fry jeera.
  2. Add green chillies, tomatoes, salt, and haldi.
  3. Deep fry potatoes and brinjal.
  4. Add potatoes and brinjal to the fried masala.
  5. Add garam masala powder.
  6. Cook till the water dries out.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
