
Ingredients:
• 5 – medium size Brinjals
• Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
• Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Salt
Method:
- Cut the brinjal into two half. Mix the salt, chilli and turmeric powder together. Take 1/4 tsp of the mix and apply on the inner side of the brinjal
- Fry in the hot oil for few mins
- Serve hot
