
Ingredients:
• 1 small – broccoli, chopped into florets
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• 2 tbsp – cooking oil
• 2 tsp – finely minced Garlic
• 1 – finely chopped Onion
• 2 tsp – Lemon juice
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp – ground pepper
Method:
- Steam the broccoli until just tender.
- Heat the butter and oil in a suitable pan.
- Add minced garlic and onion and saute till light brown.
- Add the broccoli along with lime juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well and simmer for a few minutes.
- Serve hot.
