Ingredients:

• 1 cup – buttermilk
• 1 – small white pumpkin
• 1 small bunch – Palak
• 3 tsp – Coconut
• 3 – Red Chillies
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Make a paste of coconut, red chillies and cumin.
  2. Cut the pumpkin into small pieces.
  3. Wash and cut the palak.
  4. Cook them for 10 minutes in a glass of water.
  5. After they are cooked, add the paste, salt and buttermilk.
  6. serve warm.
