Ingredients:

• 250 g – shredded Cabbage leaves
• 100 g – sprouted moong
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Tomato
• Salt as per taste
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 2 tsp – coriander cumin powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• Oil for cooking
• 1 cup – Coriander leaves

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and saute the chopped onions and when they turn brown, add tomato puree
  2. Add salt, all the spices, mix well till bubbles are formed
  3. Add the shredded cabbage, sprouts and coriander leaves
  4. Mix well, cover with lid and cook till tender. Add water if required.
