
Ingredients:
• 250 g – shredded Cabbage leaves
• 100 g – sprouted moong
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Tomato
• Salt as per taste
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 2 tsp – coriander cumin powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• Oil for cooking
• 1 cup – Coriander leaves
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan and saute the chopped onions and when they turn brown, add tomato puree
- Add salt, all the spices, mix well till bubbles are formed
- Add the shredded cabbage, sprouts and coriander leaves
- Mix well, cover with lid and cook till tender. Add water if required.
