Ingredients:

• 1 – cabbage, whole
• 1 – onion, finely chopped
• 2 – small Tomatoes
• 1/2 – ginger-garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1.5 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 2.5 tsp – cumin-coriander powder
• Oil
• Coriander
• Salt

Method:

  1. Cut the cabbage into small pieces. Chop tomatoes finely.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  3. To this add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and when they splutter, add ginger garlic paste, turmeric and add the onions and fry well.
  4. Add cabbage to it and add water if required and let it cook well.
  5. Then add the tomato, cumin-coriander powder and salt to it.
  6. Leave it, to cook for a while.
  7. Garnish with coriander
