
Ingredients:
• 1 – cabbage, whole
• 1 – onion, finely chopped
• 2 – small Tomatoes
• 1/2 – ginger-garlic paste
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1.5 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 2.5 tsp – cumin-coriander powder
• Oil
• Coriander
• Salt
Method:
- Cut the cabbage into small pieces. Chop tomatoes finely.
- Heat oil in a frying pan.
- To this add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and when they splutter, add ginger garlic paste, turmeric and add the onions and fry well.
- Add cabbage to it and add water if required and let it cook well.
- Then add the tomato, cumin-coriander powder and salt to it.
- Leave it, to cook for a while.
- Garnish with coriander
