Ingredients:

• 1 cup – flour
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 1 cup – condensed Milk
• 1 cup – Milk
• 4 tsp – Butter
• 1 pinch – baking powder
• 1 tbsp. – nuts and Raisins
• For malai:
• 1 liter Milk
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 1 tbsp. – nuts and Raisins

Method:

  1. Sieve flour.
  2. In a mixing bowl, melt butter. Add flour, sugar, baking powder and milk, and mix well.
  3. Add condensed milk. Beat well till smooth and soft.
  4. Grease a baking tray with butter. Pour in the batter.
  5. Top with nuts and raisins.
  6. Bake for 10 mins. in a microwave oven at 100 degrees Centigrade.
  7. Cool and cut into pieces.
  8. Boil milk with sugar. Let it cool.
  9. Add cake pieces. Let it soak in milk. Garnish with nuts and raisins.
  10. Cake rasamalai is ready.
