Ingredients:
• 1 cup – flour
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 1 cup – condensed Milk
• 1 cup – Milk
• 4 tsp – Butter
• 1 pinch – baking powder
• 1 tbsp. – nuts and Raisins
• For malai:
• 1 liter Milk
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 1 tbsp. – nuts and Raisins
Method:
- Sieve flour.
- In a mixing bowl, melt butter. Add flour, sugar, baking powder and milk, and mix well.
- Add condensed milk. Beat well till smooth and soft.
- Grease a baking tray with butter. Pour in the batter.
- Top with nuts and raisins.
- Bake for 10 mins. in a microwave oven at 100 degrees Centigrade.
- Cool and cut into pieces.
- Boil milk with sugar. Let it cool.
- Add cake pieces. Let it soak in milk. Garnish with nuts and raisins.
- Cake rasamalai is ready.
