Ingredients:

• 2 – big Onions
• 4-5 – tomatoes, medium size
• 1/4 kg – Capsicum
• Haldi – a pinch
• 1/2 tsp – mirchi powder
• 1/4 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• Salt – according to taste
• 1 tsp – dry Coconut (grated)
• 1 tbsp – oil

Method:

  1. Wash the capsicum and cut it into small pieces.
  2. Cut onions and tomatoes into small pieces as well.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Add the onion and tomato pieces first, and let them fry till they become soft (cook the entire recipe on a low flame).
  5. Now add capsicum, haldi, mirchi powder, and salt, and cover with a lid till the capsicum becomes soft.
  6. Keep stirring in between.
  7. Add garam masala powder and dry coconut and serve.
