Ingredients:
• 1 cup – boiled and mashed Potato
• 1 cup – grated Carrot
• 2 tsp – green chilli, minced
• 1 tsp – ginger, minced
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tbsp – Mint leaves, chopped
• 1 tbsp – coriander leaves, chopped
• besan (chickpea flour) as needed
• oil to fry
• salt to taste
Method:
- Combine all the ingredients from potatoes to coriander leaves.
- Mix in enough besan to form a mixture that is not sticky.
- Divide the mixture into walnut-sized balls.
- Flatten to a disc and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
- Drain on kitchen paper.
- Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
