Ingredients:

• 2 cups – yogurt
• 1 – medium carrot, peeled and shredded
• 1 – green chilli, chopped
• salt to taste
• 1 tsp – oil
• Mustard Seeds
• Cilantro

Method:

  1. Beat the yogurt (add water if it’s too thick) until smooth. Add the carrots, chilli and salt and mix well.
  2. Heat the oil and add mustard seeds until they splutter.
  3. Add this to the yogurt.
  4. Garnish with chopped cilantro (coriander) leaves.
