
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – yogurt
• 1 – medium carrot, peeled and shredded
• 1 – green chilli, chopped
• salt to taste
• 1 tsp – oil
• Mustard Seeds
• Cilantro
Method:
- Beat the yogurt (add water if it’s too thick) until smooth. Add the carrots, chilli and salt and mix well.
- Heat the oil and add mustard seeds until they splutter.
- Add this to the yogurt.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro (coriander) leaves.
