Ingredients:

• Cauliflower 1 medium
• Green chillies – 4
• Ginger – 1 tbsp
• Garlic – 1 tbsp
• Pepper – 1 tsp
• Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
• salt
• oil
• Green peas – 1/2 cup
• Capsicum – 1
• Tomato – 2
• Coriander leaves
• Maida – 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Boil cauliflower for 5 minutes. Drain out excess water.
  2. Fry the florets in a little oil. Then coat the fried florets in maida.
  3. Deep fry in hot oil until light brown.
  4. Remove and keep it aside.
  5. heat a little oil.
  6. Add sliced onions and fry until deep brown in colour.
  7. Put the green chillies, chopped tomatoes, green peas (cooked )and the capsicum.
  8. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  9. Add salt and turmeric powder.
  10. Grind together ginger, garlic and pepper corns.
  11. Put this paste into the onion-tomato mixture.
  12. Once cooked, add the fried cauliflower and mix well.
  13. Simmer for 5 minutes. Before serving garnish with coriander leaves.
