Ingredients:

• Rice Atta – 2 cups
• Grated Coconut – 1 cup
• Green chillies – 8 -10
• Hing – 1/2 tsp
• Butter – 1 tsp
• Salt as per taste
• Oil for frying.

Method:

  1. Roast the rice atta for 5-7 mins.
  2. Add all the above ingredients and sieve the dough.
  3. Heat the oil in a karahi.
  4. Rub a little oil to your palm and take a small size of dough and make a small rope with the dough and make a rounded rope.
  5. And fry one by one in the oil till crispy or golden brown.
  6. Enjoy this kodbales with tea.
