Ingredients:

• 4-5 – Chapattis
• Oil to fry
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Chaat masala

Method:

  1. Cut the chapattis into long strips. Fry them in oil till deep brown.
  2. Lay these fried strips on tissue paper and drain.
  3. Then sprinkle with salt, chilli powder and chat masala.
  4. You can also top with grated cheese. Serve with tomato sauce.
