Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 cups – cooked Rice
• 1 cup – boiled Spinach
• 3/4 cup – ground cheese
• 2 tbsp – Lemon juice
• salt, pepper and mustard to taste

Method:

  1. Combine cooked rice, boiled and chopped spinach, ground cheese, lemon juice, salt, pepper and mustard to taste.
  2. Form into balls. Roll in breadcrumbs (approximately 3/4 cup) and fry.
  3. Serve hot with chilli sauce.
