
Ingredients:
• 100 g – cheese, grated
• 1 cup – Milk
• 3 – eggs
• 2 tbsp – flour
• 50 g – Butter
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• Salt to taste
• 12 slices – bread
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients, except the bread.
- Heat a non-stick pan and smear a little oil.
- Dip each slice of bread in the cheese mixture and fry on low heat until light brown on each side.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce or ketchup.
