Ingredients:

• 1 – Egg
• 1/2 – onion, chopped
• 1 tbsp – Milk
• 1/2 tbsp – Butter
• 1/2 – tomato, chopped
• 1 – green chillies, chopped
• 1 tbsp – green coriander, chopped
• 1 tbsp – cheese grated
• Salt and black pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Mix egg and all the chopped vegetables in a bowl.
  2. Beat, with a egg beater till fluffy and light.
  3. Heat butter in a microwave safe flat dish at 100% power for 30 secs.
  4. Pour in beaten egg mixture , sprinkle some salt and pepper into the dish and microwave at 80% power for 5-6 mins.
  5. Remove from microwave.
  6. Sprinkle grated cheese on the top and microwave at 80% power for 30 secs. to 1 minute till the cheese melts.
  7. Serve hot with toasts and sauce/chutney.
