Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Rice
• 1/2 cup – cabbage, finely chopped
• 1/4 cup – grated cheese
• 1/4 tsp – chopped Garlic
• 1/2 – small Onion (chopped)
• 1/2 tbsp – chopped capsicum/green bell pepper
• Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Cook the rice and let it cool.
  2. Saute the chopped garlic and onion until it turns pink.
  3. Add the capsicum/green bell pepper and cabbage and stir-fry for few minutes on low heat.
  4. Add rice and stir-fry for another 2-3 mins.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Garnish with grated cheese.
  7. Serve hot.
