Ingredients:

• 3 slices of day old white or brown bread.
• 1 tbsp- grated cheese
• 1 tsp – sesame or Poppy Seeds
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix seeds, salt and cheese.
  2. Cut bread slices into thin cubical cylinders.
  3. Roll each in cheese mixture.
  4. Arrange on a non-stick or lightly greased baking sheet.
  5. Bake in a hot over at 160C for 5 minutes or till crisp.
  6. Serve hot with any soup not having too many chunky vegetables
