Ingredients:
• 1 kg – boneless chicken, cut in cubes
• 3 – sliced Onions
• 4 – tomatoes, cut in small pieces
• 2 tbsp – refined oil
• For Marinade Mixture:
• 250 gm – Curd
• 1 tbsp – Ginger paste
• 1 tbsp – Garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
• 1/2 tsp – black pepper powder
• 1 tsp – salt
Method:
- Mix together the ingredients for the marinade and marinate the chicken for two hours.
- Heat a kadai, pour oil and fry the sliced onions till brown.
- Then add tomatoes and fry till the oil separates.
- Now add the marinated chicken and stir on high flame for five mins
- Then cook on medium fire with closed lid for 20 mins until done.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and sliced onions.
- Serve.
