
Ingredients:
• Butter – 3 tbsp
• chopped Garlic – 2 tsp
• Onion – 1 cup, minced
• Chicken breast – 250 gm, cut into strips
• Oregano – 1/2 tsp
• chili flakes – 1/2 tsp
• Chicken stock – 1 liter
• Tomato – 250 gm, peeled and chopped
• soup macaroni – 75 gm
• Tomato puree – 1/2 cup
• fresh Cream to garnish
• pepper to taste
• salt to taste
Method:
- Melt butter in a heavy based pan.
- Add garlic, fry till rich brown.
- Add onion; fry till it turns light brown.
- Add chicken strips cook stirring till they turn light brown.
- Sprinkle oregano and chili flakes.
- Stir fry for few seconds.
- Add chicken stock, tomatoes, salt and pepper.
- When the chicken is cooked, add macaroni.
- Simmer till macaroni is cooked.
- Stir in the tomato puree and simmer for 2 more minutes.
- Serve hot with a swirl of fresh cream.
