Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – cabbage, carrots, Capsicum and sp -ring Onions
• 1/2 cup – boiled and shredded Chicken
• 4-5 Cloves garlic, chopped
• 10-15 wonton sheets
• 1 tbsp – soya sauce
• Salt and pepper to taste For sweet chilli sauce:
• 2 tbsp – soya sauce
• 2 tbsp – chilli sauce
• 1 tbsp – Vinegar
• 1 tbsp – sesame oil
• 1 tbsp – Honey
Method:
- Cut all vegetables into juliennes.
- Heat oil in a kadai and saute onion and garlic, add all the vegetables and cook for 5 mins, add shredded chicken, salt and pepper and soya sauce.
- Place spoonful of mixture onto wonton sheet and apply beaten eggs to the edges.
- Gather up corners to make a little parcel. Tie with spring onion.
- Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep fry wontons in medium hot oil till crisp – and golden brown.
- Remove and drain onto an absorbent paper
- Serve hot with sweet chilli sauce.
- For sweet chilli sauce:
- Take soya sauce in a bowl, to this add chilli sauce and vinegar add sesame oil, honey and mix well. Add a little water if required.
