Ingredients:
• 1.25 cups – instant mashed Potato flakes
• 1/2 cup – water
• 8 oz – ground Chicken
• 1/2 cup – Onion (finely chopped)
• 1 large – Egg
• 1 tbsp – Cilantro (coriander leaves)
• 1 tbsp – Green chillies chopped
• 1/4 tsp – Garam Masala and salt
• oil
Method:
- In a medium bowl, add potato flakes.
- Add in water and the remaining ingredients to the mix. Stir until it is smooth.
- Divide in quarters, using wet hands, and shape it into 4 oval patties, each about 5 inches long and 3/4 inches thick.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan in medium heat and add cutlets and cook all the sides until it is crusty and cooked thoroughly.
- Place it on a plate along with tomato and onion salad.
