
Ingredients:
• 1 – chicken, cut into medium or small pieces
• 3 – green chillies, chopped
• 1″ piece – ginger, finely chopped
• 5 – Garlic pods, chopped roughly
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric
• 3 tbsp – soya sauce
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• a few Cilantro leaves, chopped
Method:
- Marinate the washed chicken pieces with a mixture of soya sauce, garlic, ginger, turmeric and green chillies for at least 10 minutes.
- Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a non-stick pan. Add the mustard seeds. Once they sputter, add the chicken with the marinade.
- Cover the pan and keep stirring the chicken every 2 minutes on low heat until it turns brown.
- When the chicken is done, add the chopped cilantro leaves.
