
Ingredients:
• 500 g – Chicken breast pieces
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• All-purpose flour – 2 tbsp
• Salt and pepper as per taste
• Green chillies – 2
• 1 – Onion chopped
• Spring onion
• 1 tbsp – garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp – Ginger minced
• 3 tbsp – soya sauce
• Chilli sauce as per taste
• 1 tsp – Tomato sauce
• 2 tsp – Sugar
• Water
Method:
- Wash and clean the chicken breast
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the ginger garlic paste and mix well. Dust the chicken breast pieces with all-purpose flour.
- In a pan heat 2 tbsp of oil, add the chicken breasts and cook in medium flame till golden brown in colour and keep aside
- Cut the pieces into strips
- In the same pan add a tsp of oil, add the minced ginger, onions and garlic, saute till onions turn translucent.
- Then add all the sauce and water, boil.
- Now add the chicken strips and cook for 10 mins until the sauce thickens.
- Add the sugar, wait till it melts and caramelize the chicken.
- Adjust the salt and pepper, turn off the heat.
- Serve.
