Ingredients:

• 500 g – Chicken breast pieces
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• All-purpose flour – 2 tbsp
• Salt and pepper as per taste
• Green chillies – 2
• 1 – Onion chopped
• Spring onion
• 1 tbsp – garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp – Ginger minced
• 3 tbsp – soya sauce
• Chilli sauce as per taste
• 1 tsp – Tomato sauce
• 2 tsp – Sugar
• Water

Method:

  1. Wash and clean the chicken breast
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the ginger garlic paste and mix well. Dust the chicken breast pieces with all-purpose flour.
  4. In a pan heat 2 tbsp of oil, add the chicken breasts and cook in medium flame till golden brown in colour and keep aside
  5. Cut the pieces into strips
  6. In the same pan add a tsp of oil, add the minced ginger, onions and garlic, saute till onions turn translucent.
  7. Then add all the sauce and water, boil.
  8. Now add the chicken strips and cook for 10 mins until the sauce thickens.
  9. Add the sugar, wait till it melts and caramelize the chicken.
  10. Adjust the salt and pepper, turn off the heat.
  11. Serve.
