
Ingredients:
• 6 – Chikoos
• 1.5 tbsp – cocoa powder
• 2 tbsp – Corn flour
• 2 tbsp – Sugar
• 1/2 l – Milk
• 1 cup – Cream
Method:
- Peel the skin of the chikoos and mash well.
- Make a paste of the cocoa and corn flour with a little water.
- Heat the milk with sugar and cool.
- Add the cocoa mixture to it.
- Add sugar to the mixture, then the cream and the mashed chikoo mixture. Chill and serve.
