Ingredients:
• 1kg – chicken, boneless pieces
• 2 tbsp – soya sauce
• 4 Green chilli paste
• Oil to fry
• 1 tsp – Garlic paste
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients and let it marinate for 2 hours.
- Deep-fry and serve garnished with coriander and cashew nuts.
