Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Chicken
• 3 tbsp – Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp – soya sauce
• 1/2 tsp – pepper powder
• Salt to taste
• Onions – 2 big size
• Green chillies – 10-12
• Capsicum – 1 (large)
• Coriander leaves – 2 bunches
• Pepper and salt – for taste
• Oil – 4 tbsp

Method:

  1. To Marinate: Mix chicken with Worcestershire sauce, soya sauce, pepper powder, and salt and put it in the refrigerator the previous night or 2 to 3 hours before cooking.
  2. Put 3 tbsp of oil in a kadai, add onions, and fry till golden brown.
  3. Then put 10 to 12 green chillies and 1 capsicum, cut into pieces; fry and then add the marinated chicken pieces.
  4. Stir-fry it for a few minutes.
  5. Add two bunches of coriander leaves and a little china salt and fry on low flame.
  6. Add pepper powder if necessary.
