Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup – Brown sugar
• 20 gms – Butter
• 1/4 cup – double Cream
• 150 gms – plain chocolate
• 12 – Bake tartlet cases
• 2 tbsp – roasted chopped hazelnuts

Method:

  1. Combine sugar, butter and cream in a saucepan. Bring to boil, cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the chopped chocolate to the cream and stir until it melts, refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  3. Spoon into the Bake tartlets, sprinkle with chopped nuts.
