Ingredients:
• 250 g – Paneer
• 1/2 tbsp – grated Garlic
• 1 cup – boiled noodles
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli paste (boil 4-5 Red Chillies and grind it in a mixer)
• 1 tbsp – Corn flour
• 1/4 cup – Tomato sauce
• 2 tsp – Sugar
• 1/2 tsp – vinegar.
Method:
- Shallow fry the cut paneer pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, red chilli paste, tomato sauce, sugar.
- Add water slowly and boil the gravy.
- Add salt as per taste.
- Mix corn flour in water and add it to gravy, stir till it becomes thick.
- Place the boiled noodles and paneer in a plate.
- Spread sauce over it.
- Serve with vinegar and onions.
