  1. Preheat an oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
  2. Sieve the all-purpose flour, baking soda and salt in a mixing bowl and keep aside.
  3. In another bowl, add butter and the sugars and mix well with the help of a hand mixer. Keep mixing until the sugars and butter form a soft texture.
  4. Add 2 eggs and mix again for a few seconds.
  5. Add vanilla essence.
  6. Gently add the flour mixture and mix with a wooden spatula to prepare a soft dough.

  9. Keep aside 1 tbsp of choco chips for topping the cookies later.
  10. Refrigerate the dough for about 10 minutes.
  11. Make lemon-sized balls from the dough, flatten a little with your hands, put a Snicker piece on top of each and seal the ends gently by folding the edges and making small balls.
  12. Roll a little with your hands and flatten softly from the top.
  13. Top it with choco chips, pressing them on the cookies gently.
  14. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and place the cookies 2-3 inches apart.
  15. Bake at 190 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes or until the edges start turning a little brown.
  16. Remove the cookies from the oven and place on the wire rack for cooling. Now serve.
