Ingredients:

• 5-6 -medium boiled Potatoes
• 1/2 cup -boiled Spinach paste
• 1/2 cup- boiled Green peas
• 4-5- bread slices
• 1 tsp -crushed cumin
• 1 tsp -garam masala powder
• 1 tsp -lemon juice
• 1.5 tsp – Green chilli paste
• 1 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tbsp -green coriander
• 2 tbsp -poppy seeds
• Salt
• Oil to fry
• Tomato sauce

Method:

  1. Mash boiled potatoes.
  2. Add the prepared spinach paste and crushed green peas.
  3. Soak bread slices in water, squeeze to remove excess water, mash and add to this mixture.
  4. Add all the remaining ingredients except poppy seeds and oil.
  5. Now make balls of this mixture and make circular, oval or heart shapes.
  6. Sprinkle with poppy seeds and shallow fry in a non-stick pan.
  7. Serve with tomato sauce.
