
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – chocolate
• 350g – Wheat flour
• 150g – Ghee
• 1 cup – dry fruits, mixed
• 3 tsp – water
Method:
- Fry wheat flour in ghee and mix the roasted dry fruits to it; leave it for 2 minutes.
- Make ladoos of medium size and keep aside.
- For chocolate sauce:
- Heat a pan and add the chocolate and 3 tsp of water; stir and when it melts remove from fire.
- Place all the ladoos in the serving tray and pour the hot chocolate sauce on it. Serve hot or cold by garnishing with some nuts.
