
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Coconut Milk
• 1 cup – fresh Cream
• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 2.25 tsp – agar agar
• Pineapple jelly crystals
Method:
- Follow the instruction on the jelly pack to make jelly.
- Once the jelly crystals are dissolved in the water, take a few spoonful and pour into your serving moulds.
- 2 tbsp of the liquid jelly in each mould would do. Allow to cool and set completely.
- Meanwhile, mix the coconut milk, sugar, fresh cream and agar agar in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil on medium heat.
- Switch off heat.
- Touch and check if the jelly in the moulds are set.
- If they have set, carefully pour the milk mixture into the moulds.
- Let cool and allow to set in a refrigerator.
- Once the panna cotta is set, dip the base of each bowl in a bowl of very hot water for 30 seconds and invert onto a serving plate.
- Decorate it the way you like and serve.
