Ingredients:

• 2 Potatoes
• 1/2 cup – strained yogurt
• 1 tsp – mustard sauce
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• 2 tsp – chopped Onion
• 1 tsp – chopped coriander
• Red Chilli powder, to sprinkle
• Salt, to taste

Method:

  1. Parboil potatoes for 5 minutes by placing them in a pan of boiling water or microwaving them.
  2. Drain and rinse with fresh water. Cut them into cubes.
  3. Mix strained yogurt with rest of the ingredients in a bowl.
  4. Add potatoes into it and mix everything well.
  5. Refrigerate for around 1 hour to blend flavors nicely.
  6. Serve chilled.
