
Ingredients:
• 250 g – colocasia, boiled and peeled
• 1/4 cup – gram flour
• 1/2 cup – Yoghurt
• 2-3 – Garlic cloves, grated
• 1 tsp – ginger, grated
• 2 – green chillies, chopped
• 1/4 tsp – carom seeds
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – dried Mango powder
• Few coriander leaves, chopped
• Vegetable oil for frying
Method:
- Mash the boiled and peeled colocasia and set aside.
- Blend ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, green chillies, gram flour, salt, red chilli powder and yoghurt.
- Saute carom seeds, to this add grams flour curd mixture.
- Cook for 1 minutes and remove from heat.
- Roll the colocasia in it and let it marinate for 1 hour.
- Deep Fried colocasia from both sides till crispy.
- Sprinkle mango powder and serve hot.
