Ingredients:

• 1 – Egg yolk
• 1 dessert spoon – Vinegar
• 1 dessert spoon – warm water
• 4 tbsp – oil
• black pepper
• mustard powder
• a pinch salt

Method:

  1. Put the egg yolk and seasonings into a bowl. Gradually beat in the oil, drop by drop, stirring all the time until the mixture is thick.
  2. When you find it creamy stop adding oil, for too much will make the mixture curdle.
  3. Beat in the vinegar gradually, then add the warm water.
  4. Use when fresh.
