Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Coriander leaves (washed and chopped)
• 1 cup – gram flour (besan)
• 1 tbsp – Cumin seeds (crushed)
• 1 tbsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tbsp – chilli powder
• oil for frying
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash the chopped coriander leaves and add all the ingredients, except the gram flour.
  2. Slowly add the gram flour and mix (without adding water) to prepare a dough.
  3. Shape the dough rectangular and steam for 15 mins.
  4. Cut the dough into small pieces and shallow-fry in a tava.
  5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
