
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – Corn kernels
• 6 – Paneer
• 1 tbsp – onions, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp – tomatoes, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp – grated Carrots
• 1 – Green chilli
• A few – Coriander leaves
• Chat masala powder – as needed
• Aamchoor if needed
• Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
• Salt as needed
• Pepper powder – if needed.
Method:
- Wash and boil corn kernels in a bowl.
- Drain water completely
- Add all the ingredients and toss well and serve immediately while hot.
