Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Corn kernels
• 1 – Potato
• 1/4 cup – chopped Onion
• 1/4 cup – chopped Tomatoes
• 1 – green chilli, finely chopped
• 1 tsp – ginger-garlic paste
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
• salt
• 1/2 tsp – chaat masala
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/4 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1/2 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• A few sprigs – Coriander leaves
• 1 tsp – oil
Method:
- Take corn kernels in a microwaveable bowl, add 1/4 cup of water, cook for 6-7 minutes.
- Boil the potato in the microwave for 10 minutes.
- Now in a bowl, take oil and microwave it on the high for 2 minutes.
- Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Add corn kernels, potatoes and all the spices and microwave it for 2 minutes.
- Remove it into a serving dish, garnish with chopped onions, tomato and coriander leaves.
