Ingredients:
• 2.5 cup – mixed cooked vegetables
• 1/2 cup – light Cream
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• 1 tbsp – flour
• 1/4 tsp – dry mustard
• 1/4 tsp – salt
• 1/4 tsp – pepper
Method:
- Drain vegetables and add 1/2 cup of the liquid to cream.
- Melt butter. Add flour and mustard. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Add liquid. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add vegetables.
- Heat thoroughly.
- If desired, 1/2 cup grated cheese or sliced hard boiled eggs may be added to vegetables.
