
Ingredients:
• 2 medium ripe avocados, seeded and peeled
• 80ml – cold water
• 25gm – fresh Coriander leaves
• 25 ml – fresh Cream
• 15 ml – fresh Lime juice
• 2 Cloves garlic, quartered
• 50 ml – Chicken stock
• Chopped, Avocado for garnish
• Fresh Cilantro leaves for garnish
Method:
- Place avocados, water, 1 cup cilantro, lime juice, garlic and vegetable stock in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Garnish with chopped avocado and cilantro.
- Serve immediately.
