
Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup – oil
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric
• Salt to taste
• 1/6 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1/6 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 5-6 – Green chillies
• 6 – 7 – Curry leaves
• 1/7 tsp – Garlic
• 1/7 tsp – Ginger
• Some buttermilk
Method:
- Heat oil in pan.
- Add mustard and cumin seeds.
- After it starts spluttering, add curry leaves, and finely chopped green chillies.
- Add turmeric powder, ginger and garlic and cook it on low flame.
- Add buttermilk.
- Add salt to taste and cook it on low flame.
