Ingredients:

• 4 cups – finely sliced Spinach
• 1 small onion, minced
• 1/2 inch – piece ginger, minced
• 1/2 cup – Cream
• 1 medium tomato, peeled and pureed
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – ground Cumin seeds
• salt and chilli powder to taste

Method:

  1. Put spinach along with onion, ginger, tomato and spices into a pan.
  2. Cook till the spinach is soft. Mash well and mix in the cream.
  3. Serve hot.
