 
            Ingredients:
  • 500g – Chicken 
 • 2 tsp – chilli powder 
 • 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder 
 • 1/4 cup – Milk 
 • 1/2 cup – bread crumbs 
 • 1 tsp – ginger-garlic paste 
 • 1/2 tsp – pepper powder 
 • Salt to taste 
 • Oil for frying 
 • 2 – eggs, beaten well 
Method:
- Marinate the chicken with the ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, salt, milk, garam masala powder, and pepper for 1 hour.
- Cook the chicken without adding water in a pan till dry.
- Remove from heat.
- Heat oil in another pan.
- Now dip the cooked chicken in the beaten egg and coat with the bread crumbs.
- Deep-fry the chicken pieces till golden brown.
- Serve.
