Ingredients:
• 1 Cucumber
• 1 Banana
• ½ to ¾ cup – fresh Curd
• For masala:
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• ¼ tsp – mustard powder
• 1 tbsp – chopped coriander
• salt to taste
Method:
- Peel and grate the cucumber.
- Add salt, and keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Press and remove the extra water.
- Peel and slice the bananas.
- Beat the curd. Add the banana slices and grated cucumber.
- Add all the masalas. Mix well.
- Chill, if desired, before serving.
