Ingredients:

• 1 Cucumber
• 1 Banana
• ½ to ¾ cup – fresh Curd
• For masala:
• 1 tsp – Sugar
• ¼ tsp – mustard powder
• 1 tbsp – chopped coriander
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. Peel and grate the cucumber.
  2. Add salt, and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  3. Press and remove the extra water.
  4. Peel and slice the bananas.
  5. Beat the curd. Add the banana slices and grated cucumber.
  6. Add all the masalas. Mix well.
  7. Chill, if desired, before serving.
