
Ingredients:
• 1 – whole Chicken
• 1 – Onion
• 2 – small Potatoes
• 1 – chilli pepper
• 1 – Carrot
• Ground black pepper
• Salt
• Seasoning:
• 2 tbsp – gochujang
• 1/2 tbsp – Ginger
• 2 tbsp – ground red pepper
• 1 tbsp – soy sauce
• 2 tbsp – Garlic
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• 2 tbsp – Rice wine
• 2 tbsp – white wine
• 1 -2 cups – water
Method:
- Clean vegetables and cut into big piece.
- Marinate chicken in white wine and grated ginger.
- In a big, deep skillet heat oil and stir-fry chicken pieces.
- Add vegetables. Stir for about 5 mins and add 1-2 cups water, and add half the seasoning.
- Boil for 30 mins over medium heat.
- Add the rest of the seasoning, and boil for about 10 more mins.
- When water is reduced, add salt and black pepper.
